This retreat is for every woman who has chosen to leave dysfunction behind and pursue something different — for herself and for her family. The woman who refuses to repeat the same cycles. Who is building a family that feels safe. Who has walked away from religious performance to pursue a faith that feels alive through real relationship with Jesus. Who is healing what her family history left broken, and leaving a legacy that looks nothing like what came before — and everything like what God intended.
Every cycle breaker knows the cost. The truth-teller who was blamed for disrupting the family. The boundaries that were mislabeled as anger and rebellion. The hurt and pain that was misunderstood. The relationships that didn't survive. The disease that developed in your body. And the weight your spirit is still carrying.
But we believe something else is true too: that what was broken in one generation can be rebuilt in the next — not by pretending the past didn't happen, but by letting God rewrite what your story produces in you.
This weekend, we're going back to the beginning — to God's original design for family, for belonging, for blessing — and asking what it looks like to walk in that design even when your own story didn't start there.
01 — Family As It Was Meant to Be
God's original design for family, and the enemy's ongoing plan to disrupt it. We'll trace the pattern from the garden forward — what was intended, what got twisted, and where you fit into the restoration of it.
02 — What Gets Passed Down
Epigenetics and the connection between generational cursing, trauma, and what's physically happening in your body. Unresolved pain travels through a family line the same way blessing does — through what gets modeled, what gets believed, and what current research suggests can be carried in how our genes express themselves. We'll look honestly at what your body may be carrying that didn't start with you. This isn't meant to bring fear. It's meant to bring understanding, because you can't break a cycle you can't see.
03 — Restored Healing
Genetic expression and redeeming your cellular health through stewardship. If pain can shape how our genes express themselves, so can healing. We'll dig into what it means to partner with God in the renewal of your body — not separate from your spiritual healing, but part of it.

A stunning 5,500 sq ft home with 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and two living areas located in the mountainside of Broken Bow, Oklahoma — spacious, beautiful, and built for gathering. Over 2,200 square foot of outdoor decking equipped with dining tables, rocking chairs, and three separate seating areas surrounding a firepit or fireplace. All bedrooms include their own ensuite private bathroom.

All meals are gluten-free and anti-inflammatory prepared for you all weekend and catered to your dietary needs. Come enjoy a delicious, healthy meal at the table with your sisters. Many attendees have left this retreat with decreased inflammation and joint pain, and you will receive all the recipes of the weekend before you leave so that you can continue making them at home.

Our morning workshops are where we huddle around the living room, curled up with a cup of tea, a blanket, and our weekend guidebook to dive deeper into the weekend material through teaching and training. This isn't just an information dump — it's highly interactive where we share our hearts, our stories, our experiences — and encounter deeper breakthrough.

Have you ever entered into worship with no set agenda but to sit at His feet? Our live worship time is unhurried and intentional to encounter the Presence of the Lord and cultivate an atmosphere of heaven on earth. Friday night worship will be accompanied by a special guest speaker who will teach on breaking family patterns and restoring generational blessing with personal one-on-one ministry time following.

An hour of set aside time just for your body because rest and healing go hand-in-hand. We offer a therapeutic massage as part of your luxury retreat package so that you feel refreshed and reset going home.

Access to holistic wellness tools like redlight therapy, PEMF mat, vibration plate — to support your body's cellular healing alongside your spirit's.

Soak in a 12-person hot tub in the cool temperature of the mountain breeze or access nature trails right outside our backyard for a walk or hike in your free time.

Unstructured time to breathe, be still, and let your body catch up to everything God is doing in your spirit. There is plenty of time to sleep in, take an afternoon nap, or just hang out in your jammies. Come as you are!

A weekend that reminds you isolation was never meant to be your inheritance. You get to do this surrounded, not alone. Real connection with women who understand this exact kind of journey, because they're walking it too. Come as strangers — leave as sisters and friends.

God brought me to this retreat. I made sisters for life and reconnected with God in a way I never thought my faith could take me. God is always there, and He's inviting you in.

No competition. No "putting on a face." Not being different in different settings or groups. Just being genuine friends who held space for you in a safe place. A safe place to sit with the really hard things that I don't think I've ever slowed down enough to sit with and process.

Had the most amazing week with a house full of strangers! Strangers that are kind, welcoming, and WANT to hear your voice and love on you. Strangers that are or have walked through the same journey as you. Strangers that, in the end, become lifelong friends.

No, we do not offer yoga at our wellness retreats. Past experiences of some of our retreat attendees have been tied to New Age practices that God has called them to step away from. Our mission aims to create an environment centered fully on God's presence, His Word, and the leading of the Holy Spirit.
The hosts and facilitators of Daughters Made Whole retreats come from a variety of church denominations, affiliations, and backgrounds. This retreat is not affiliated with any single denomination or organization. Rather, it is a Christ-centered gathering rooted in unity, truth, and relational restoration.
While our backgrounds may differ, we are not here to debate doctrine or change personal theology. As daughters of Christ, we gather in unity around this essential truth: Jesus Christ is Lord, and He alone is the ultimate healer.
